NHP 9U scored nine runs in the second inning, which helped them defeat NS Giants Mejia 9U 15-1 on Sunday at Moriches Athletic.

South shore seadogs 9U scored six runs in the second inning, which helped them defeat NS Giants Mejia 9U 11-1 on Sunday at Lasorda Legacy Park.
NS Giants Mejia 9U opened the scoring in the first after Ryan M singled, scoring one run.
Will G singled to the right side of the infield following a 6-pitch at-bat, which helped South shore seadogs 9U tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.
South shore seadogs 9U flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the second, scoring six runs on seven hits to take the lead, 7-1. The biggest blow in the inning was an inside the park home run by Oliver H that drove in three.
